When I first started working from home I have to admit I did not like it one bit. I was not equipt for it. I had 2 small children at the time couldn’t afford to put them in daycare( In Ga you have to pay with your soul and a drop of blood lol) so it was pretty hard to talk to people while I had children running around. I swore I would never do that again. Well…..I did it again. This time I was able to have daycare provided and have that quiet space but instead of looking negatively at it and I looked at it in a more positive view. I get to sit at home all day and get paid! Yes, I still can get some “colorful” customers but at the end of the day it’s a paycheck to help people. Here are a few things I’ve learned from working at home.
- Get paid to work from home.
- I get a lot of things done around the house between breaks.
- No getting stuck in traffic. I thought being in a smaller city meant smaller traffic…boy was I wrong.
- Pajama day everyday! Although every now and then I do actually wear something other than my pajama….but yeah usually the Pj’s is the way to go. 😎
